There is usually a two night minimum stay at weekends (Friday and Saturday) from April to October. Please also note that from 2022 we will no longer be accepting children under 16. Apologies for an inconvenience.
Our award winning breakfast is served at our banqueting table and charged separately as some guests choose to forgo breakfast. A continental breakfast from the buffet is charged at £14 and £19 to include a cooked breakfast. Book Direct guests get our cooked breakfast included free, when booking a continental.
Dining Out - Located just 3 miles from Long Melford, Sudbury and Lavenham with its fantastic restaurants and just 1 mile from the nearest pubs, our prices are kept lower to ensure you can afford a taxi (Lavenham £10-£15), whilst also enjoying the extra benefits and facilities that Rectory Manor has to offer.

Available all year round, our non-refundable / pay in advance deals offer a massive "15%" discount off our standard flexible rates. We do advise travel insurance in the event that you can't make it for any reason. However, if "we" are closed due to Covid, we will give you a voucher to the value of your booking.
